MARY CALLAGHAN
Mary Callaghan is an engineer turned artist based in West Cork, working in print, ink, and watercolour. She uses the sea and the rugged natural landscape surrounding her for inspiration.
The Irish Wildflower Collection was inspired by her daily walks observing the comings and goings of wildflowers in her local hedgerows.
The Dursey Island Collection was the culmination of three seasons spent on Dursey Island, a rocky outcrop off the wild South West Cork, connected to the mainland by Ireland's only cable car.
