Fuchsia (or Deora Dé in Irish) flowers are a common sight in the hedgerows of the west of Ireland from July to October. Four large fuchsia coloured sepals cover four overlapping deep purple petals. Hand inked and hand printed in my studio in West Cork, Ireland, using water washable inks on deckled edged Fabriano Artistico paper.
Titled with English & Irish name of the flower, signed and numbered as part of a limited edition of 50.
Due to the hand printing process, each print is unique and original.
Fabriano Artistico 300gsm paper is 100% cotton, chlorine and acid free, guaranteeing long conservation and inalterability over time.
